The classes are run by 2 of our coaches. They will spend time on 2 different pieces of equipment each week and then have some time for free play.
They run on Thursday's from 11-12:30 and cost £5 at the door.
CLASSES DO NOT NEED TO BE BOOKED
Children attending must be school age and under 18 years of age to enter the gym during these classes.
